In an extraordinary launch event in Hyderabad on May 22, 2024, the futuristic vehicle ‘Bujji’ was unveiled as the fifth and ultimate hero of the upcoming sci-fi epic ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. This life-size vehicle, a key character in the film, is Prabhas’ (Bhairava’s) best friend. The event, attended by 20,000 fans, showcased a special glimpse of ‘Bujji’ in the “Introducing ‘Bujji’” video, highlighting moments from their journey together. Prabhas expressed his affection in the video, saying, “Love You, Bujji.”
Prabhas made a dramatic entrance by driving and crashing through a huge wall with ‘Bujji’, revealing the strong connection between his character and the intelligent vehicle. This spectacle highlighted the crucial role ‘Bujji’ plays in the film.
The event was attended by the film’s makers, including Director Nag Ashwin, producers C. Aswani Dutt, Swapna Dutt Chalasani, and Priyanka Dutt Chalasani, alongside Prabhas. This grand launch marked a significant milestone in the promotional campaign of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, featuring a star-studded cast with Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani. Directed by Nag Ashwin and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, the film is set for release on June 27, 2024.
