Over 350 guests, two Ferraris on display, a live Formula 1 screening, and a site walk — the developer who already has three projects running in Mohali makes its luxury play
Mohali, — Harmony Infra Ventures, one of the Tricity’s active developers with three ongoing projects in Mohali, hosted an exclusive Ferrari Esperienza event to mark the unveiling of its fourth and most ambitious project in the region. The evening brought together Ferrari owners, investors, business leaders, channel partners, and invited guests — roughly 350 people in all — for an experience that was equal parts networking and preview.
Two Ferraris were on display through the evening. Guests could experience the cars up close, and the event featured a live screening of the Formula 1 race alongside curated hospitality and interaction with Ferrari representatives. The site itself formed the backdrop for the event, giving serious buyers an early walk of the land before any formal launch.
Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Sailendar Solanki, Founder and Chairman, spoke about what has brought Harmony Infra Ventures to this point in Mohali — three projects already on the ground, and now a fourth that the company believes will set a different bar for what luxury residential can look like in this market.
“We have been building in Mohali for a while now. Three projects, and the ground-level reality of what buyers here actually want — that understanding takes time to develop. This fourth project comes from that understanding. The Tricity buyer at the top end of the market is sophisticated. They have seen a lot of promises. What they have not seen is a product that genuinely delivers on them. That is what we are here to do. The Ferrari evening was our way of starting that conversation directly, with the people it matters to.”
— Sailendar Solanki, Founder & Chairman, Harmony Infra Ventures
The event comes at a significant moment for Harmony Infra Ventures. The company recently completed the acquisition of 100 per cent ownership of The Horizon Residences in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad — a twin-tower, 264-unit uber-luxury project previously held jointly with the Saya Group. With full ownership now in place and an asking price starting at ₹5.99 crore per unit, The Horizon Residences represents the upper end of what Harmony Infra is building across its portfolio. The Mohali project is expected to carry the same standard into the Tricity market.
“Mohali is ready for a serious luxury market. The roads are there, the airport works, the right kind of buyer is already living here. What has been missing is the right product. Three projects in, we understand this market well enough to know what that product needs to look like. Our fourth project here is not just another tower. It is built for buyers who have been waiting for something that actually matches what they expect. We will share more in the coming weeks.”
— H.S. Kandhari, Co-Founder & Executive Director, Harmony Infra Ventures
The company has not announced a formal launch date for the Mohali project yet. Pricing and other details are expected to be shared in the coming weeks. What stands out for the trade is that Harmony Infra has been working in the Tricity for some time now — three projects already running in Mohali — but this is the first time the company has come out with an event of this scale. The Ferrari night signals that the fourth project is being treated as a serious step up.
What the Evening Looked Like
The Ferrari Esperienza format was chosen deliberately. It is not a typical real estate launch — there were no renders on loop, no sales counters. The idea was to bring the right people into the same room, on the actual site, and let the conversation happen naturally.
Channel partners attended in strong numbers, which the company sees as a positive signal. Trade interest in a new project, particularly one at the luxury end of the market, often indicates confidence in the developer’s track record of delivery — something Harmony Infra can point to with three active projects already running in Mohali.
The Formula 1 screening gave the evening a shared moment that worked well with the guest profile. Ferrari owners and enthusiasts from across the region mingled with business leaders and investors through the night.
