Co-founded by Jaya Bhura, a nature enthusiast with a Bachelor’s in Business Studies, and Rajesh Bhura, an experienced professional in Investment Banking, CHAKRAVIEW seeks to provide a sensible solution to school bus safety challenges.
Chakraview’s cutting-edge platform acts as a comprehensive tracking and communication solution for school buses. The APP is catering to the entire ecosystem of schools, parents & attendants and is easy to use by everyone. It enhances the overall efficiency of transport management, while offering real-time bus tracking on Google Maps to parents and schools and eliminating the need for separate phones for attendants. The Parents can continuously track and get daily alerts and event-based notifications, streamlining communication between parents and attendants. The Attendant facilitates 2-way Voice & Whatsapp calling and simplifies attendance marking through manual checkboxes or swiping the child’s ID card barcode.
Operating on a contract-based model, Chakraview rapidly established itself as a prominent player in the field. With a clientele exceeding 75 schools and serving over 50,000 students, CHAKRAVIEW’s distinctive approach encompasses both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) segments, showcasing their commitment to offering practical safety solutions to a diverse client base.
The app also provides real-time tracking of school buses, enabling on-the-go database management and generating various reports. The Portal is hosted on the Cloud and powered by AWS, integrates a School Bus Fees Module and features bus route planning and optimization for time and fuel efficiency. Chakraview’s additional features include an Exclusive Support system with a dedicated call centre, an on-site supervisor for device management and training, and a Centralised Control Centre managing all database and report-related work.
In November 2022, Chakraview School Bus Safety System received recognition by winning the “Best Parent App For School Bus Tracking” award at the “14th Education Summit Awards in Association with the Government of Maharashtra.” This accolade underscores the system’s effectiveness and its significance in the educational landscape.

Jaya Bhura, Co-founder and Director of Chakraview, launched the company driven by a deep passion to address the challenges parents face during their children’s school commute. As a homemaker with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Jaya found inspiration in her personal struggles with erratic bus schedules and communication breakdowns.
Beyond her tech entrepreneurship role, Jaya is an avid nature lover, having trekked in India and Nepal, and a fitness enthusiast who has run numerous half marathons globally. Her interests extend to bird watching, trekking, and meditation. Chakraview, born from her determination and business acumen, provides a unique solution to the school bus industry, allowing parents real-time tracking flexibility even with changes in the regular bus. She also plans to introduce a marketplace for hyperlocal experiences in the freemium category.
