The K Sera Sera Group categorically denies the false, malicious, and defamatory allegations made against our Chairman, Mr. Satish Panchariya, by a young woman acting under the influence of certain dishonest and vested interests with a clear intent to cause reputational harm. It is important to clarify that this matter stems from a TECHNICAL FIR filed with the clear intention to defame Mr. Panchariya and the K Sera Sera Group by misusing gender-based legal provisions. The complainant has attempted to exploit her position as a woman to fabricate serious allegations, which are entirely baseless and intended to tarnish reputations.
Mr. Satish Panchariya has already issued multiple official statements exposing the fraudulent extortion attempts, which include a demand of ₹6 Crores and a separate fraudulent transaction of ₹20 Lakhs. These demands clearly indicate that the allegations were made with a criminal and extortionist intent.
Following a thorough and independent investigation, both the Amboli Police Station and the Maharashtra State Commission for Women (Mahila Aayog) have found no substance or merit in the accusations of which RTI number and conclusion letter is attached herewith. A formal clean chit has been issued to Mr. Panchariya, confirming that the claims were fabricated and driven by ulterior motives.
Satish Panchariya said, “I was being defamed as part of a ₹6 crore extortion conspiracy by Anil Mishra, Abhishek Mishra, and their entire family. They maliciously deceived an ex-director of my company, trapped her into marriage with their son, and used her position as a woman to falsely implicate me. After their fake Dadasaheb Phalke award show came under government radar, their targeting intensified. They purposely kept targeting me and my business, especially Chhotu Maharaj CINEMA. My company, my associates and I have filed multiple FIRs and NCs against them. These notorious acts don’t scare me as me and my company are fully capable to tackle such situations. I am at my office, working as usual and planning the release of our upcoming film “Objection My Lord”. We are very actively working on our upcoming projects and events and I am thankful to bollywood film fraternity, directors, producers, film associations, business associates and employees who stood by me at this crucial hour. I fully trust the legal and judicial system. A clean chit from both Amboli Police Station and the Mahila Ayog confirms the baselessness of these allegations. Justice will prevail and the wrong will be punished.”
This matter is a clear example of how legal provisions can be misused to target reputed individuals for financial gain. K Sera Sera Group will pursue all necessary legal remedies, both civil and criminal, against those responsible for this conspiracy.
We urge all members of the media and digital platforms to act responsibly and avoid publishing or circulating unverified and misleading content. We are confident that the truth has prevailed, and justice will continue to follow its rightful course.
