Moonlit Bazaar

Serve Style: Coupe Glass
Profile: Floral, smooth with a quiet spice

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Hamdard Food’s Rooh Afza Lite
  • 40 ml chilled white tonic water
  • 20 ml fresh apple juice
  • 10 ml fresh cucumber juice
  • 5 ml fresh lime juice
  • 2 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 very thin slice of green chilli
  • Ice cubes

For Garnish:

  • Small basil leaf
  • Thin apple slice

Optional Cocktail Upgrade:

  • 45 ml tequila blanco

Method

Begin by lightly pressing the basil leaves and the green chilli in a shaker. This helps release their fresh aroma and subtle flavour without overpowering the drink.

Add the Rooh Afza Lite, fresh apple juice, cucumber juice, and lime juice to the shaker. Add ice and shake lightly until the mixture is chilled.

Double strain the drink into a chilled coupe glass to create a smooth, refined finish. Top with white tonic water and gently finish with a small basil leaf and a thin apple slice.

For a cocktail version, add 45 ml tequila blanco along with the other ingredients before shaking.

The result is a floral, smooth, and refreshing drink where the sweetness of apple and Rooh Afza Lite meets the freshness of cucumber and basil, with lime and green chilli adding a subtle lift.
